I have been going to this shop for about 3 years, never had any problems, prices seem fair especially considering it's in Manhattan. Do not expect a pep boys type of place with a lounge area... this is a working shop, standing room only. I've done oil changes, inspections, a/c compressor and radiator fan change outs here and as I said no problems
